It's so nice to see you again!

It’s been a while. A LONG while! How excited are you to see people again? Yes, we have seen each other via Zoom, MS Teams, and spent time trying to figure out who people are by their eyes in the grocery store, but THIS IS IT! We are back in person and mask-less!

What’s your plan? Are you scheduling your one-to-one meetings? Are you confident in your health to get back out there and do business? Good for you!

Let’s move forward: Remember that it does not matter what happened during quarantine. What matters is what lies ahead; and what it will look like is entirely up to you. According to Mahatma Gandhi, “The future depends on what you do today.” New beginnings offer an opportunity to make changes and create new outlooks. Heading back out there may feel like chaos. However, you now have the advantage to approach your work with a fresh perspective. Look at this as an opportunity to improve systems and processes and build stronger practices.

However, let’s remember there are businesspeople who may be fearful of meeting…or they may not be vaccinated for personal reasons. Be prepared for continuing the need to pivot your expectations. We will get through this and find a way to move on safely ensuring we have a brighter future. It’s a new dawn, and through the challenges ahead, keep in mind what Theodore Roosevelt suggested, “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” And SMILE, because it’s so nice to see you again!
